Training Video's

Dear Logos: Used another training video from the main site yesterday and, it was nicely done overall.

However, if one is using the Mac Platform and Logos for Mac, copying the steps leaves one unable to get the results the video shows.

The Problem: Logos for Windows and Mac do not have feature parity and, automatic function parity.

Suggestion: Those presenting in the Video's should try to remember the difference and make sure to mention : " If you are on the Mac platform, please add this step". It won't add more than a few seconds on most Video's, never more than 1 or 11/2 min on the larger Presentations.

I would not mention it as I know many of the training Video's are older, but this one was more recent concerning the Catholic Collection and incorparating the Catechism of the Catholic Church.

It was nice work, simply forgot about the Mac folks.

I'm on Mac and I've seen the Catechism video -- both of them, actually -- several times, but I can't remember any feature parity issues. Of course, I'm so used to videos being for Windows that it's quite possible that I just automatically 'translated' the instructions and then immediately forgot all about it. Nevertheless, I'm curious: what was it? And which of the videos? The more advertising one, or the one describing in more detail how to set everything up?

I would have written it in a comment to the post on the Verbum blog that dealt with this video. It seems well monitored by the Catholic team.
