Bug: When I try to open a layout saved of my Logos 4

When I try to open a layout saved of my Logos 4, the program stop of working and a window says that the program need to close.

How can I solve this problem?

Please I need your help.

The problem is solved. My brother helped me. I just repair the program in my computer. Thank you.

Again, I have the same problem, but with Logos 5. When I click to open a layout that I saved, the program have a bug and need to close. What can I do to solve it??

If you can't start Logos normally then hold the CTRL key down whilst starting Logos and select a blank layout. Once Logos is open delete the layout in the Layouts menu and build a new layout.

If the problem continues then upload logs as per instructions at http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging.
