automatic updates

I'd like to know: how can I update my logos4 manually and not automatically?

Absolutely!

Click "Tools" and then "Program Settings". From here, set "Automatically Download Updates" to "No". You can also set "Use Internet" to "No" (which will stop the program from automatically syncing layouts, reading lists, etc.).

To manually update, type in "update now" or "update resources" in the command box. Update now updates the program itself (I believe), while update resources checks for new/updated resources that need to be downloaded.
