no library, please help

i recently purchased logos 4 scholars library on dvd, i am running OS 10.6.8. logos 4 is installed but there is no library except for a few free things. when it installed it didn't do a library download or index. its logged into my account and everything.

If you just installed it, is it still indexing? This step can take quite awhile (minutes to days), depending on the speed of your computer.

I don't think it is. There is nothing indicating any program running.

If it is indexing you should see a small Logos icon on the right side of your Menu Bar. Did you use to same email address and password when you ordered L4 and when you logged in upon starting the application. A misplaced character can gum up the works.
