Can't get my license

I just had to reinstall Logos on my laptop. It aske3d me for my email address since I don't remember my license info. The problem is that I've changed email addresses since I bought Logos. I originally bought Logos 3 and then upgraded to 4. I changed my address on my account, but when I entered my new email address it said there was an error and it couldn't be found. So just to check I entered my old address and it immediately said it was sending the stuff to that address! But that address doesn't exist anymore! Now what do I do???? Please...could someone help me?

I found the license number (I think) at least it's the one on the package but it says that either my customer ID is wrong or that is. I tried using my email address and then my name as my customer ID as I don't remember what it is.

I'm hoping that I've discovered the problem...I only had libronix installed. I'm installing Logos 4 now, so hopefully that will put an end to the problem.

If it does not, call Logos Tech Support. They can get you past any glitch of this type, and correct the records to avoid future ones.

Suggest contacting Logos Customer Service => http://www.logos.com/about/contact who can update your Logos.com account information.

I've sent a reset-password form to the email we have on file for you. Give us a call if you do not receive it, and ask KS4J said, we can update your account info.
