Posting and Sharing Material

Sorry if this has been covered, but I haven't found it.

What are the rules on posting pdfs and the html generated by the export feature to the web? Can I generate pdfs and email them around to a study group or even generate the html and post it as a webpage for a study group to see?

You might want to email someone at Logos, but I would suppose that Logos books are protected by the same copyright as print books. I don't know what the copyright laws are about sharing a small section of a book in an academic setting. Maybe someone else can post a better answer.

Noticed the Logos End User License Agreement => http://www.logos.com/support/EULA includes in Title:

We remain the owner of all right, title and interest in the Software and Documentation. Ownership of the Content remains with Copyright holders.

The Logos license agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, which would include U.S. copyright law.

Logos offers a number of public domain resources whose copyright restrictions have expired. The resource information (i) in Logos 4 includes copyright information. My preferred commentary series => UBS New Testament Handbook Series and => UBS Old Testament Handbook Series has copyright restrictions while my second go to commentary series => The Cambridge Bible for Schools and Colleges (58 vols.) is public domain, which was a Community Pricing item.
