Proclaim creating duplicate presentation names instead of merging content

Using the latest Proclaim for Mac and PC we have multiple members building the weekly presentation.  This week when we synced the slides from one person when into a presentation named "July 1, 2012" and the slides from another when into another presentation named exactly the same thing.  This seems to be a new problem as we have been doing this without this failure for months.

 

How do we fix this?

Hi Mark,

We deployed some changes yesterday for our back-end services related to sync which should address the issue you describe. We also expect to see improved performance for some other upload and syncing issues others have been experiencing, particularly during periods of heavy load like Sunday mornings.

Please let us know if you continue to encounter problems with your Proclaim presentations' sync behavior. If our changes appear to have fixed your issues, it would be nice to hear about that too.
