And it has taken over 30 minutes for L4 to start so that I can use it!!!!!! I will upload my log when it finishes.
It figures that as soon as I post L4 would start. Here is the log file from this start up. Note: the last time I used the computer was earlier in the day. The last time I upgraded L4 was f few months ago because this computer is slower than my laptop.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I looked at your account and you have a very large amount of sync items. Is it safe to assume that not having updated Logos 4 on this computer in a while means you also haven't opened it up online or that you haven't opened it up at all in those months? The logs indicate a great amount of sync information had to come down. Everything between today, and the last time Logs 4 on this machine had an opportunity to sync with the servers. That would explain the majority of the time it took for Logos 4 to open.
The pertinent lines in the log file appear to be these:

Over 20 minutes elapse with no logging information. I'm not sure what happened here, but if it's reproducible, we'll dig deeper and find out what's going on.BTW, do you recall which version you upgraded from?

Have you emptied the Trash? If not, the old version should be there, shouldn't it? (At least it would be on Mac.)
