Cannot log in iPad app on faith life

Hi,

I have a problem on logging on the iPad app of faith life.

When I log on with my username (email) and pass word, the popup says licenced for this product ,

Any throughs about this?

Hi Mike! Welcome to the forums. One question: have you actually subscribe to Faithlife? Does it work in L4? If so, when did you subscribe?
