Last year in December, I installed Logos 4 in Windows 7 and everything works alright.
Last few day, I re-installed my Windows 7. So, I re-install Logos 4 as well.
After Logos 4 prepared the library, it started indexing. During indexing, I launched the newly installed Logos 4, but the logo appeared for 2 seconds and then automatically closed my itself. Tried several time, same problem existed. So, I wait for indexing over, then launch again, but same problem still occur.
I hold down CTRL key while starting Logos 4. Thanks the Lord I can see the login screen finally. But after I filled in my email address and password, and checked the box of "Use blank layout", and then press "Sign in", Logos 4 close by itself again.
What can I do?
I expect Logos 4 runs as usual.
I guess I'm unable to generate a Diagnostic Log. Can this log still helps? 3326.Logos4Crash.txt
