I just have to say, Logos 4 looks absolutely fantastic on the Retina display.
I was pleasantly surprised to discover that almost all UI resources in Logos are already high-resolution. All the UI icons, all the fonts look good. In fact, the only thing I could find that wasn't high-rez are some pictures inside the books, bitmap backdrops on certain maps, etc. But many resources, like the Maps, use vector art, so even those are razor sharp, and many pictures are already scaled down from higher-resolution sources, so those automatically look fantastic.
All in all, Logos looks as good as any of Apple's apps which were specifically designed for the Retina display.
Now, I'm currently running the latest beta of 4.5c SR-2, so I'm not sure if any of this is specific to the beta. But so far, I'm one very happy Logos user.
