The Joomla! download does not work, can anyone refer me to a working link or provide where I may download reftagger for Joomla!

However, the download from Reftagger does not work. There's a link for Joomla! where I suspect one can publish their module to the footer of one's template. That is, instead of inserting code (a pain in my case, having Wright framework). If the module is available for download I would still like to try it, in the meantime I have installed another.
