Hi Apollos - and welcome to the forums

Can you be a bit more specific?

Did you do anything to change anything?
are you saying you can no longer see downloaded resources or those on Logos servers?
did you delete the app and reinstall it?
are you trying to access using a different username?

And it may be better reposting in the iPad specific forum at http://community.logos.com/forums/74.aspx where more people may see and be able to help

Apollos - My guess is that you will need to uninstall the app and redownload it. The app isn't designed to "log out." Since you changed your credentials, you lost access to your library. If you change your password back, you might regain access.

This sounds about right - but it's an interesting "side effect" of changing one's Logos 4 password which I hadn't considered!
