I noticed that commentaries by Wiersbe are not showing up on my iPad Library, even though they are in my Logos 4 for Mac Library. Could any of you tell me how to get the commentaries to display on my iPad?

The Wiersbe "Be" Series isn't mobile enabled. The publisher has to extend this ability to you and they have not done so.
