Android tablet vs iPad Logos features comparison

Where is the description of the feature comparison between Logos running on iPad vs Android tablet? I am finding missing features on the Android tablet and want to know if they exist on the iPad.

Example: You can click on the NIV interlinear button on the app but there isn't an equivalent button on a tablet. Support has validated that there isn't interlinear support on tablets which is why I am asking about this comparison.

I don't care about operational difference but simply feature comparisons i.e. you can access feature X on iPad but not Android and vice a versa.

Welcome to the Logos forum.

I have an iPad and an Android phone. When I have the NIV (1984) loaded to 1 Peter 1:5, if I long press the word "salvation" in verse 5 on the iPad and then press the "Look Up" button that appears, the info box gives the English text of the word, the MSS form in both Greek and transliterated English, the lemma, the morphology and the Strong's number. In the Android version, if I long press the word "salvation" all of this information appears without having to press another button. In this respect, the Android version of the mobile app is more user friendly than the iOS version.

Yes I know that. I have come to find out that you cannot get to the interlinears from a mobile device. Wow that is one huge miss that we didn't expect.

With the PC/Mac you can click an interlinear button and that brings up a true interlinear. You can then click on words and a new pane show up with more information. None of this is possible with the mobile app either Android or iPad.

I am looking forward to having Logos make good on their view and support the iPad and Android tablets.

Thanks Dave. We saw those. In the end we asked someone with an iPhone to try a Logos feature and found it wasn't on the iPad either.

The posts say that not all resources are available on mobile phones due to copyright. How do we determine which resources are available and what they look like before purchasing them only to find out that they might be one of the resources that isn't available on the mobile device or what they look like isn't what we are looking for?

This information is available from the product page on the Logos website

If the mobile phone icon (outlined in red above) is included in the description then the resource is available for mobile devices
