In other words, is Logos 4.5c Mountain Lion compatible?
The previous release killed Logos compatibility, but I haven't heard anything since the Gold master was released.

Working fine for me on ML GM, with Logos 4.5c SR2.
I'm on 10.8 GM, and Logos 4.5c SR-2, and don't notice any issues with Logos.
Have misc. weirdness with ML in general, though. Time Machine issues prevent my backup from ejecting (Might have something to do with my upgrading from Lion and retaining my original backup drive - I'm going to re-format it and see if that fixes it). Keyboard Layout switching glitches (Reverts to US every time I need to authenticate as an Admin). Wallpaper reverting with external display. Mostly just annoyances. I'm betting there will be a 10.8.1 shortly on the heels of the public release.
But the new stuff is great. Just discovered that ML supports Air Print, so I was able to print to one of the newer HP laser printers (a Laserjet Pro 400 m401dn) for which there is no driver built-in to the OS. All the printer features just work. The icon is even correct. Air Play mirroring to the Apple TV is awesome and just works with very little lag. (This will be great for doing presentations at work without slinging cables). Notification center is awesome (Can't wait for the Growl update that will integrate with it). I love being able to use iMessage from my Mac, and the integrated Twitter client is handy.
