Starting yesterday (after the internet went down) I've been unable to access my community notes from within Logos. Error message attached.

This should be fixed in 4.5c SR-3.
Should 4.5c SR-3 download on the Beta Channel? I am using 4.5c SR-2 Beta.

No, which is why it is a good thing to switch to stable channel once beta has run its course. Service releases don't always make the beta channel.
