I have a problem of access to my Libray on my ipad.

starting a week ago I have very slow (to day almost one hour,
not yet even now) access to my Library on my ipad, all I see is   "downloading
Library data" for hours, I have called to the Logos Tech.the one whom I
have talked to told me, "it has occurred with the new update, right now there
is no solution. Is there someone who has found out any solution to this
problem?

    I did get stuck like that a few weeks ago. For me uninstalling and reinstalling the app sorted it out.
