Logos 4 Windows Vista Crashes on Loading

Hi All.

About a week ago, Logos 4 Indexer was crashing but I could still use Logos 4 on Windows Vista by minimising the Windows crash screen.  The latest update was downloaded and now the main application crashes on loading.

Thanks for posting all the log files; that is very helpful. I'm sorry for the inconvenience you've been experiencing; I can't explain exactly why it's happening, but it appears that something has gone wrong in indexing your library (and this is causing the problem).

I think the simplest thing to do might be to force Logos 4 to rebuild your indexes. Depending on the size of your library, this may take a few hours, so it would probably be best to do this in the evening, start Logos 4, and let it run overnight.

Please find the following folders and delete them:

    C:\Users\David Ray\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\ecxw0kcz.2yh\BibleIndex
    C:\Users\David Ray\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\ecxw0kcz.2yh\LibraryIndex
    C:\Users\David Ray\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\ecxw0kcz.2yh\PersonalBookIndex

Then restart Logos 4. It should open without crashing, and start indexing in the background. The Search feature won't work until indexing is complete.
