May I know is this the right place to unsubscribe to ALL of Logos Notifications? I have unsubscribed everything for a couple of weeks, but, I am still getting Logos Newswire.
u should just click 'update' if you have changed any of the settings, if you still get emails and the like u may need to call support.....
Absent Room4More's suggestion (which sometimes seems iffy in the Logos.com account settings), Bob had answered earlier complaint threads noting sometimes that suspensed messages were 'in the mill' and not removed when the user indicated 'no emails'. The time period could be lengthy (more than 2 weeks doesn't surprise me). But he did say 'no emails' should indeed result in 'no emails' after the system cleared (apparently they have multiple suspensed emails databases).
Thanks to both of you, I will monitor that for a while and feedback to customer support if notification continues.
Shouldn't there be a disclosure on emails stating that if you want to unsubscribe it may take up to X weeks to process? I like getting the emails from Logos, but if I wanted to stop and had this issue, it would make me think of Logos as no better than the crappy spam that comes to my inbox from really shady companies.

Keep in mind, the thread I referred to is a while back, so the issue might not even be that. Just pointing out Bob tries to please. And I'll admit to being a critic, but I try to get all the little ducks lined up in the pond, before getting out the artillary. (Most of the time the ducks duck.)
