Please bring "Report Typo" back

As a long-time user of the "Report Typo" link, can I ask for its return. And, while I'm at it, why not better serve and encourage those who report typos by keeping a log of the typo's and sending an email when it's been dealt with (included or rejected). I've submitted dozens over the years, and I still don't know whether they were useful.

Report typo is an option when you right click on a word/selection and click on "selection" on the right side - it appears on the left side. I've used it several times.

I think the Typo report is still there... try right clicking the word or phrase and look at the menu for Typo... Could swear I saw it there, at work now and cannot check myself until I get home....

Report typo is available. I couldn't find it the earlier today, either.

I have used this before a few times in L4. But now I don't know. On some resources this is NOT an option yet. And lately I too find myself wondering if it is still available at all. It has not been a menu option on the last 3-4 typos I have found.

My understanding is that there are some resources in the People and Places feature, some maps etc. that don't have "report typo" ability. What I've seen and had Melissa acknowledge, is to report them in the forum. I think it has to do with the fact that these are more graphical than text based. I think (oh, what a weasel word) this will be dealt with eventually.

It is definitely still there in most of my resources as I have used it almost daily - oh the joys of depending on spell checker by proof readers. You certainly do have to wait and scroll down many times.

If you find typos or other problems with the following resources:

Biblical People
Biblical Places
Biblical Things
Logos Maps (not those from dictionaries or other third-party sources)
Logos Bible Software Infographics

The most direct solution is to email them to data@logos.com. Please include what version of the system you're running (e.g. for me right now it's SR-7 (4.0.3.3272) ): you can find this by clicking on the question mark on the upper right corner of the screen, and selecting About Logos Bible Software. If it seems relevant, we can check what licenses you have if you include your customer ID (though you don't have to include this if you don't want to).

These resources are "special" because they represent in-house editorial work: they're not exactly published texts.

It's okay if you want to list them in the forum too (that might benefit others with the same question).

Wouldn't be the first time that finding a scroll led to breakthroughs in Biblical studies.
