Filter: selecting quoted text

I am doing a study looking at what selected people said in the Old Testament (ie, Moses, Abraham, Noah, etc). I only want to look at text that is within quotations (And Noah said, "xxxxx"). I have looked at the different filtering options and can't seem to get this to work. Does someone have an idea that can help me? Thanks in advance!

For actual word(s) spoken by a person, one (perhaps only) option is selecting word(s) then applying a highlighting style.

Personally have created a morph visual filter to highlight some lemma's plus a number of words often used in a discourse to indicate speaking:

An idea is a visual filter to highlight names of selected people, followed by manually highlight spoken words.

Thanks for your response! I looked over your examples and that is getting me closer to what I am attempting; however, it seems that automatically highlighting the text in quotations can't be done? I am in the process of manually highlighting, but as you can imagine, it is quite time consuming. I was hoping for a quicker way of accomplishing this task.

I will keep playing with different options and if I discover anything, I will re-post to let you (everyone) know.
