After I restarted it it began at 0%. What I don't know is if the total GB. is lower than originally by the amount already downloaded. Sorry for the stupid questions.

Been a while since I downloaded from scratch, but if I recall although it starts at 0% it checks in the downloads location and when it finds the file is present and same size etc download skips on to the next file, it didn't used to re-download same file again, but its been a while..
