My installation finished indexing, but when I open Logos 4 it logs in, says it is preparing my library and then says I have zero resources. How do I get it to recognize the resources I have licenced?
It seems the indexing simply stopped. Now it has made it all the way through once and when I open the software, I see many of my resources. But then indexing begins again. Is this normal?
