Facebook sharing feature/bug

I'm not sure if this is a known bug, or not, but I highlighted a section of scripture this morning, right clicked it and chose the share on Facebook option. The proper interface came up, once I logged in and filled in the comment section, then I had the ability to share or cancel. I clicked the share button and from that interface nothing appeared to happen, so I clicked it again with no apparent change. I then opened up my Facebook page and it has been shared twice. IMHO the interface page should give some indication that the share was successful.

I was able to reproduce this issue previously today, but now clicking the 'Share' button causes the Facebook tab to close (which is consistent across browsers and platforms.)  If you try it now do you see that behavior as well?
