Duplicated Handouts and/or My Content

This past Sunday I was preparing for a study we are doing in 2 Thessalonians. I performed a global search and found a Handout that I wanted to use. I attempted to print and an error was generated. I duplicated this a couple of times and noticed that the handout had been duplicated when I performed my second and subsequent searches.

How do I remove the duplications, (2) & (3)? I am not sure where they have come from but I suppose you could say that I have a pet peeve with errant redundant data.

You can remove them through the list of files under the files tab.

Thank you, I never noticed the list located on the right and without your instruction I probably would not have right-clicked.

Based on the list that was there, it appears that the files are generated each time I click on one in the Explorer list. Again, I never realized that opening what appeared to be content in my library actually created a document.
