Layout Sync and Moble Apps

I have a preferred layout on my PC for scripture study and for daily reading. I also read my daily reading from my iPad/Web/Android devices when I'm away from my home computer. When I come back to my PC and open my saved layout, it opens the location that was there when the layout was last saved. If I open the resource directly (not the layout first), it takes me to the last location read, but the layout always takes me to the point where the layout was saved.

Is there a way for the layout position to go to the last read location as opposed to the last saved layout location?

When you open a saved layout, Logos assumes that you were studying a resource at a certain point, therefore it will ignore your mobile sync locations. If, however, you open the resource from the library, it should open to where you left off on your mobile device.

Thank you for the welcome as well as the response. Bummer that L4 works that way. Having the option to lock or sync would be nice, but that's for a different forum. At least I can now stop racking my brain trying to figure it out.
