Lost All My Collections

Recently I have problems with Logos 4 and had to remove it and do a fresh install. All seemed well until a few weeks later when I noticed that all my Collections had disappeared.I thought they were backed up along with everything else of importance. Any Ideas? I didn't have a massive set of collections, nor anything elaberate but I had enough to not want to do them all over again.

Hi Michael,

I just want to make sure I'm understanding your vocabulary. The Collections from the Collections panel are missing (as opposed to your "collections" in terms of your library in the LIbrary panel)? I loaded your licenses to see if the collections would be missing for me as well, and the collections in the Collection panel showed up. If it is the collections you've created in the Collection panel, can you open Logos 4 again in such a way that logs will be recorded? (Instructions;www.logos.com/support/windows/L4/logging). Once Logos 4 is open, force Logos 4 to scyn by tying "sync now" in the command bar and hit enter. If you still don't see the collections after the sync arrows have stopped spinning, and whether or not you see an exclamation mark over the sync arrows, please post the logs. Most notably please be sure to include the Logos 4.log file.
