Beta 3 Text Selection handles hard to grab

When I am selecting text at the top of the screen, the pop-up menu overlaps the selection grab handles, making it difficult to adjust my selection.  I am using a Samsung Galaxy S2 Epic 4G Touch with Android 2.3.6.

    Button banner hides selection handles

    Steps to reproduce 

    Select some text near the top of the screen, which forces the button banner to be below the selection.

     

    Android | Samsung Galaxy Skyrocket | ICS 4.04 | Kernel 3.0.8

    This issue will be fixed in the next beta. However, you should also know that you can expand the text selection by "grabbing" the beginning or end of the selection and dragging (you don't have to use the selection handles).
