There is an extremely long transition time when i am navigating between my layouts. It takes from a minute to several minutes to transition. Does anyone else have this problem?
No, It takes about 5 seconds for me. I'm running Logos 4.5c SR3 on a 2011 2.5Ghz i5 Mac Mini, with ATI 6630 graphics and an SSD. However; even before the upgrade to SSD, it didn't take nearly that long with my stock 5400 rpm drive.
I used to have that problem until I turned off all visual filters (the three linked circles).except the one on my preferred Bible.
By default, every open Bible and open commentary is attached to your notes file. It takes time to set this up (switching between layouts) and to keep it in sync while editing a note. You don't really need all that connectedness, so why keep all of it active?
