Using Logos 4.6 Beta 1 on OS X 10.6.8 can replicate Reverse Interlinear Pane not being affected by font slider setting:
Work around idea is using visual filter highlighting in Greek and English with linked resources (scroll together).
Since Logos 4.6 Beta 1 on Windows 7 changes Reverse Interlinear Pane sizing with font slider, added reference to this thread in Feature Parity list:
