BUG: NOT all User Input fields within resources are supported on Mac Logos 4.6 Beta 1 (4.60.0.2634)

I tested the Jack Hayford study guides in Spanish, and not one of their User Input Fields seems to work in Logos 4.6 Beta 1 (4.60.0.2634)

For example this resource:

Hayford, Jack W. Fe Podersosa: El Balance De La Fe Con Respecto A Las Obras Y Las Palabras. electronic ed. Serie Vide en Plenitud Guias para las Dinamicas del Reino. Nashville: Editorial Caribe, 2000.

Seems to be the same in the English versions.

UPDATE: Tried one of these resources in L4 Win (shudder), and discovered that the under input fields were also unavailable there. So it must be a resource deficiency rather than a Mac issue.

It is possible that this resource was never meant to have user input fields, but I have put in an inquiry to determine whether that is by design or if it is a bug that needs to be addressed for these resources.
