4.6 Beta 1 (4.60.0.2634) sync error triangle etc

Does this log explain the (error) ie. orange-yellow sync triangle?

Had it on the latest  "Stable".

NOW identical on upgrade to  latest Beta.

Any suggestions?

Also noticing yellow sync triangle for shortcut that failed to migrate.
