But I too had the same issue. Not to worry.

It will be fixed in Beta 2; until then, you may need to avoid using the command bar in Beta 1.

 

But, does it have "anything to do with my sync error triangle or todays install  indexer failuresd? probably not?

This issue appears to be fixed in 4.6 Beta 2.
