I would like to add personal books with sermons, but don';t want every text which is mentioned been added to the index, only the texts of the sermons.
How can I do that?
Hello Hans,
I am not sure I understand your question completely. What do you mean by "every text mentioned"? Any document put into the Logos 4 library via the Personal Book feature will be indexed.
Example:
A book with five sermons. I want the main text of the sermons be indexed (just that 5), but NOT all references in the text. Otherwise in the end you will get a huge amount of references...
Thanks for your help

If you want a reference to be ignored by the compiler try the syntax {{~ reference }} (note the space before and after the reference) e.g. {{~ Jn 3:12 }}
Hi Hans,
If you create a personal book with bible references and do a search that has a bible reference in that personal book, it will come up in search results. We can't avoid that. You can divide your library up by collections to limit the amount of access the searches have of your personal books.
Dear friends,
Thank you so much, your answers are clear!
