BUG(ish): Crashing Logos by Switching the Search Type

(1) Set up a search window with 'Send Searches Here' set

(2) Do a search in that window for 'Basic' (eg search Asherah in the Canaanite inscriptions)
    - Open one or more of the search results for resource details (ie click on the side-arrow > down-arrow)

(3) Go to a greek Bible resource and use the right-click to do a lemma search on 'Search This Resource' (a Bible search)

 (4) Logos will predictably crash.

I've tried various combinations. The key to 'crashing' is (1) re-used search panel (2) switching the search type (either direction) from Basic to Bible or Bible to Basic, and (3) having previous 'opposite' detailed results being displayed in the search window (Basic results showing if doing a Bible search or visa versa).

If detail search results aren't being displayed (down-arrow not showing), then no problem. Works fine. I also tried the various Bible search display methods; they all crash reliably.

I attempted to reproduce what you've described but would like to describe what I did in case I missed something. If I didn't can you reproduce what you do to get it to crash (the exact steps for that session) and post your logs? Link to how to log-->www.logos.com/support/windows/L4/logging

1. Opened Hebrew and Canaanite Inscriptions and Hebrew and Canaanite Inscriptions in English. (I don't have a collection with them so this is the best I could do).

2. Opened a search panel, and set it to have all searches go through that panel.

3. Did a search for "Asherah" in all open resources.

4. Clicked the arrow that displays the hits for that resource.

5. Opened the NA27 and did a lemma search for ποιῶν by selected "search this resource".

 

If I missed a step, or did not understand something please correct me, otherwise, repeat the steps and post the logs.
