Bug (Indexing): TDNT - σκύβαλον and Strong’s Greek #4657 not found?

Hi Logos,
I accidentally found that "σκύβαλον" (rubbish) has missing indexes for both Greek Headwords as well as strong's number. The entry is there as shown below, but not accessible from the Reference Box or via Parallel Resources SET.
To recreate this bug: type the following in the Reference Box of TDNT
- Greek Headwords σκύβαλον or
- Strong’s Greek #4657
Interestingly, entry can be found in TDNTA index
Clearly the indexes mentioned here are suppose to be supported in TDNT, Would appreciate if someone else can confirm this - thanks. So that Logos can fixed it for us.

There is an entry for σκύβαλον but it is not indexed; it has been indexed as Strong's G4757. The preceding word (G4652-56) has also not been indexed.

Dave, thanks for confirming. I was navigating round all my Greek Lexicons for this rare word and was wondering why TDNT did not show up in my Parallel Resources Set. ... hoping that Logos would fixed these and others.

I can confirm the milestone seems to be missing for the word σκύβαλον. However not for G4652-56 I'm not sure. Is the word you are referring to σκότος? That one seems to have the proper milestone, as it appears when typed in the reference bar.

Tommy,
See the dropdown list from the Reference Box and noticed that Strong's G4652-G4656 actually belongs to the previous Lexicon entry.
I supposed due to missing milestone tag(s) for "σκύβαλον" and "Strong’s Greek #4657", this Lexicon entry becomes part of the previous entry. Once you have insert the necessary milestone tag(s), it should take care of Strong's G4652-G4656 issue [:)]
Interesting detective work [:)]

If you look at the TDNT Active Index in Lim's previous post you'll see that there are no lemmas; which is what I originally saw. However, I now have lemmas! I also had the same issue with G4658 & G4659 but now the issue is with G4659 alone! There is something wrong with the entries covered by G4652-59

Ok, I think I've figured this out. It looks like the Headword milestone for "skubalon" is missing completley, and each milestone for the Strongs numbers cited in the reference box when choosing the word from the TOC of TDNT is actually referring to the previous entry from the TOC of TDNT. My example from below is a few spots up from where you all were talking about, and illustrates what I think is going on--possibly throughout the text. I'll send this to Dev and update this thread when I can.
e.g. If you have the Strongs numbers in the Reference bar showing, and click the TOC word in TDNT for "skolops", the Greeks number displays as 4646. That Strongs number, according to the Enhanced Strong's Lex. is for "skolios", which happens to be the word above in the TDNT's TOC.

Then perhaps you could do something about this old bug report while you're at it: Surely this isn't how the Table of Contents in TDNT is supposed to work? It's only about two years old, so I guess Logos hasn't had time to notice it yet...

It seems another example may have been found in Linking problems to TDNT (Kittel),

So it is appropriate to enquire if there will be an update to TDNT?
