Prioritization Defaults: Out-of-the-box?

I am looking at my library prioritization (default?) and all
I see there is the ESV?

I haven’t changed anything (at least that I know about) as I
am fairly new to Logos, and I am just starting to think about prioritizing my
library. I have Scholars Platinum.

I was surprised (not sure why) that nothing was prioritized
by default. Is this normal?

If it’s not, is there some way to reset the defaults (if
there is any such thing)?

Here is my version information: Logos Bible Software 4.5c
SR-3 (4.53.0.2294)

Yes. This is normal. Just imagine how many people would be upset by having to undo/redo what Logos did by prioritizing something they didn't like, and not prioritizing some amazingly, helpful and insightful resource instead (understood subjectively, of course).

Be sure to check the wiki on getting started and on prioritization (if you haven't already).

This page gets you some basics of starting off with Logos4 and includes a section on prioritization.

I haven't gotten around to prioritizing my library, granted, other than Bibles, I really don't know what I should prioritize, so many good resources....

If you've got a little less than 3 minutes, this will give you a model for how to do it:

This will come with time, at least it did for me. As I used Logos, I found that I started referring to certain commentaries and word study books more and more on a regular basis so I began to prioritize them at that point.

Everyone could give suggestions on how you should prioritize your resources but those would only be opinions and you might find that your way or level of study is completely different. So my suggestion is, if you don't know what you want to be prioritized, give it some time and you will start realizing what resources you value more than others and will be able to make a good decision then.

This sounds like a good plan to me.
