After upgrade to Mountain Lion Logos cancels shutdown

After the upgrade to Mountain Lion whenever I try to reboot or shutdown, I receive a message that Logos cancels shutdown. What is the solution for this problem? I don't want to always remember first to shutdown Logos and then shutdown the system. I expect the software that costs hundreds of dollars to shutdown itself properly.

The reason it occurs has to do with Logos taking too long to sync when it is shutdown. The only solution right now is to quit Logos manually before shutting your computer off.
