Can somebody help me: Is it possible to see the Strong's numbers in the text of the KJV on my iPad and how? Can I look it up by touching the number in the text? Where is the settings to do it?

The Logos Bible app is not really designed to go directly from your Bible to Strong's.  It is designed to access your Bible Word Study from your Bible, but you must use a translation that has the reverse interlinear.  In this case it is the KJV 1900 which has a reverse interlinear.  The interlinear function, however is not visible in this particular resource on the iPad.  So then with the KJV 1900 open you can either press and hold on a particular word or double tap it and then select Lookup and then select Bible Word Study.  The lexicons offered in the Bible Word Study depend on your particular library and are chosen by an algorithm by Logos.  If you see DBL as an option there, it has links to Strong's.  In general BDAG or Louw-Nida are considered more helpful for lexical use.  One work around you may consider if you have the Interlinear Literal Translation of the Greek New Testament is to split the screen with it and your KJV.  Then make sure Link Panels is on.  The Interlinear, which is based on the Textus Receptus just as the KJV is has links to Strong's and will give you a popup to the definition which you tap the blue link or you can also tap jump to reference and the do a right horizonal two fingered swipe to go back to the Interlinear.
