Which version of L4? Does it crash when you attempt to close a note file? I have reported that problem in the Mac Beta forum.

It crashes when I use the 'formatting' features, such as numbering or indentation features with notes.
This is a known issue that was fixed in 4.6 Beta 2
Caveat: Unless you are stout of heart, approach any beta with the same caution you would use with an uncaged tiger [8-|]
