I have a Mac with the latest version of Logos running (4.5c) - all good on my machine. I installed it on my husband's MacBook quite a while ago. It hasn't been used since then and I've upgraded, etc. quite a bit since that time. So today I decided to get his "up to date". He has almost all of my resources now. But his version won't update beyond 4.2b.
When I "update now", it does "check for updates" and returns with "updates available, will download automatically" - but it never does. The little blue icon shows up at the top like it's starting to do something, but it goes away within a few seconds.
I've changed the preferences to turn automatic updates off (then closed down and restarted Logos) - and run "update now" again - same thing. I've changed the time frame in the preferences - same thing. And different combinations of those two. I've even decided to do a bit of "using the software" for a bit and then trying to update, leaving it on for several hours - no change. Not sure what to do to get it update.
Any ideas?
Thanks.
