Can you start Logos 4 with logging enabled, let the indexer crash, and then send me the Logos4Indexer.log file? Here is a link with instructions. www.logos.com/support/windows/L4/logging

I wonder if this is potentially a Dell issue. I too run a Dell, and have the Indexer crash.
It is not Dell related! Please supply logs as per the link in Tommy's first post.
