I really appreciate that Community Notes now have a tab in Faithlife. This will make small group discussion much easier!

Thanks Logos, thanks for pointing it out Philana.

Since the notes typed in L4 are showing up in the groups on faithlife, it would be good if you could select a passage and see if there are notes on it. I know this can be done via biblia.com, but just thought it would make an interesting addition to the faithlife group. Look at my group Focus on the Word, and you see what appears to be a random posting of notes on various passages, when they were placed there for particular topics within L4.

Any ideas as to how I can bring order out of Chaos.

Yes! It's really cool to see the Community Notes in Faithlife! [Y][H]

I posted this to group Faithlife beta as well:

I just did a quick test on reply and delete (which works) and deleted some no longer meaningful test notes from many weeks ago. I can confirm this all works fine and fast!

One thing: I found that cascading delete has been implemented, whereby I can delete a Community Note and all replies are automatically deleted as well. This includes replies by others as well. This may mean, that someone initiates a group discussion about a certain verse, and later deletes the whole discussion with one hit of a button. Very efficient, but this could perhaps too easily used inadvertently by error ("whoops, where is all our stuff?") and even if used deliberately cause frustration by others who invested time and energy to post a meaningful reply which is gone. Maybe this is a feature where a confirmation "this will delete replies also - are you sure?" would be helpful or which should be restricted to group admins.

Have joy in the Lord! Smile
