I recently upgraded to Portfolio and now when I open LOGOS and then go to layout, it crashes, closes down and gives an Apple error report. I am including the zipped log files. I hope someone can help.

Make sure you let the indexing finish before trying to use Logos Portfolio...and given the number of resources, that might take quite a while!
Yes, I let it completely index and still have the problem. There was also a download that occurred the day before. I'm wondering if that download might have corrupted a file.
Here's another twist. If I open Logos and go to the home page and then open something else, like collections and then open Layout, the Layout window opens with no crash. But if I try and open Layout from the Home Page, it crashes every time.

The Layout menu? Are you selecting one of your layouts or snapshots (the list on the right) prior to the crash? Are you able to open up a Passage Guide from the Guides menu?
First, navigate to www.logos.com/downloads/ and run the download for Mac.
I will also follow up with you via email with some extra steps to try if that fails to resolve your problem.
Thanks,
Determined that the crash is being caused when the New King James Version of the Bible is being opened. Worked with LOGOS help to pinpoint the problem. We deleted and then reinstalled the NKJV and it still crashes. My workaround is to not open the NKJV, but that's not a good solution.
Hi Darrell,
You're right, it's not a good solution. Nor will it be a permanent one. Our development team is still looking into your specific situation, and once I hear back from them I will contact you. I apologize for the inconvenience this causes.
Good news, Darrell. The issue you are experiencing with the NKJV should be resolved for you when 4.6 is released.
That's great news. I'm just curious to know if anyone else has had this same issue with the NKJV causing LOGOS to crash.
