Since installing Mountain Lion on my iMac, Logos 4 crashes on opening every time.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this problem?
Thanks
VL
If you are using the Stable version of Logos then a quick call to customer services will get you some help from a technician.
If you would rather sort this out on the forums then you will need to post your logs - there is link to instructions in my signature block.
Mine just started crashing this morning. Up until this point it worked fine. I didn't see what the other gentleman said about the "logs" - but here is what the crash report says. Sorry it's quite long. I have a new MBP Retina 2.6 with plenty of power to run this. Want to know what's going on. It makes Bible study harder when this won't open at all now.
I don't know how to access Logos Logs...especially now that it crashes. If you can help with that I would appreciate it.

Hey Chad. If you could do us a favor, it would be appreciated. Can you edit your last post and remove the crash report? If you want to include info like this, it is best to actually attach the log using the paperclip icon. This allows us to download the file instead of getting tendinitis scrolling in the forums. [:)]
Did you not find your logos4.log? Have you enabled logging?
I don't know how to access logs. Still very new to Mac...if you can help that would be great. Thanks.

Sure thing. [:)]
If you need more help, let us know. [:)]
Thanks. I ended up calling technical support. They had to do remote access to figure it out. It was worth the call. I did see the logs though so I will know for the future.
Glad a call worked for you. [:)]
