Logos Won't Sign in when launched

I'm running Logos 4.5c SR-3 (4.53.0.2294) on 10.8. It has been working just fine until today. When I launch Logos it sits on Signin for a while, then it tells me that it cannot connect to the Internet.
The last time I used Logos earlier in the week it sat for about an hour on synchronization when I closed the app. I actually had to force quit the app to get it to close. I'm guessing these two are related.
So far I have reinstalled the application, but still no luck connecting. I am able to use Logos in the offline mode though.
Any ideas?

Good morning,
I'd like to have you try and rebuild the Logos 4 documents folder. This folder can be located within Finder at Library/Application Support/Logos 4. Wither delete or rename the folder then re-launch Logos 4. Let me know if this resolved the inability to connect. You may e-mail me directly at antonantig@logos.com if you like. You know, I'm not sure what changed but when I opened Logos just about an hour ago it signed in and connected up just like normal. It wouldn't work at all yesterday, but good to go today. I'll let you know if the issue shows up again.

I'm having the same issue... Any update on the problem? I've tried to rebuild as well to no avail!
I've also tried it on multiple machines... same result...

OK...so it looks like my issue on this intermittent. Logos works great when I take my computer to work. When I come home and I'm on my home network it still won't log in. Any ideas on that? I can run some more logging if y'all like.

How do you connect to the internet at home? Do you connect over a WiFi connection or over a Ethernet cable (directly into the modem, or through a wired router)?

At both locations I connect over Wi-Fi.

When you're at home can you try connecting directly to the modem with the Ethernet cable and see if you're still unable to sign in?

Unfortunately no...I have a MacBook Air with no ethernet capability.
I have seen some other funky issues at home related to my Internet and network so I'm wondering if I could have an issue. I'm moving in a week so I'm going to just wait and see what happens once I move.
