Customizing icons in the shortcut bar?

Here is my shortcut bar-

 

The book icons are pretty self-explanatory.  Some of the program functions are cryptic, but I've memorized what they mean.  (But a more graphically intuitive set of icons for program functions would be REALLY nice.)

The last two icons are for links to web sites.  These were created by dragging the Firefox blip from the URL line to the L4 shortcut bar.  They are ridiculously incoherent.

Simple question:  Is there a way to customize these icons with something more meaningful?  Is there a way to add custom icons to the list available in L4?

i am not aware of a way to add customized icons to the Shortcut bar.

These were created by dragging the Firefox blip from the URL line to the L4 shortcut bar.  They are ridiculously incoherent.

But for adding websites to the Shortcut bar, if they have an icon associated with them you can create a windows Shortcut on your desktop (or in a folder on your desktop) and drag the windows shortcut and drop it on L4's shortcut bar and the associated icon will appear there.

Also if the shortcut on your desktop is not pleasing to you, then you could use windows to add a custom icon for that windows shortcut.

P.S. To add a website from FireFox to your windows desktop, just grab the icon in FireFox's address bar and drop it onto your desktop.

P.S.2 Be aware that windows shortcut will only work properly on the computer that you are using (in other words it will not sync properly to other PCs). Although you might use DropBox or some other cloud based location to add your shortcut in and that would probably work with your other PCs.
