Seriously though, I think the New International Biblical Commentary might have been an Eerdmans publication so they might have sold it to Baker.
I have the hardcopy set. It was Hendrickson Publishers.
I think it was another publisher before Hendrickson. I remember a yellow dust jacket. I had one volume by F. F. Bruce. [I don't offhand recall others]
