I have downloaded but no library and no indication that it is running.

I downloaded Logos 4 Scholar from the Download (I hav a dvd for it coming in the mail soon) However there I have no library, the little blue logo was there for about 30 seconds and is now nowhere to be found. I have even tried completely uninstalling (Following the websites direction) and that did nothing. Please help! I need this program for school.

Hi Zachary,

I looked at your account and it looks like you bought the package as a DVD. This means you will receive a DVD and serial number by mail. The serial number will have to be activated to your account for your library to be copied for the disc or downloaded from our servers. The easiest way to activate the serial number is by calling us at 800-875-6467 when you get the dis, so that we can activate the number and get you either copying or downloading.
